WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Pete is really nice and doesn’t treat me like a kid when we work out.

He doesn’t just give me less weights to lift but rather thinks about what exercises would be best for me and encourages me to reach my goals.

--- Adeline, 11 years old (Aria's daughter)

Pete has become so much more than a trainer; he has become a dear friend who motivates and encourages me to be strong both physically and mentally. Kind and funny with a unique perspective, Pete infuses fantastic stories and life lessons into our workouts. As a boxing coach and strength and endurance trainer, Pete consistently implements new combinations and exercises into our workouts and is genuinely interested in feedback from his clients. Simply put, Pete and his style of boxing training have added tremendously to my life both in and outside of the gym!

--- Aria C.

I have never really loved working out until I started training with Pete.  After the first lesson, I was hooked and wanted to learn how to box.  I’ve been working with Pete for over three years now and have never felt better.  It’s a fun and therapeutic hour that I look forward to every week.  Pete has helped me through some major parts of my life – from toning my arms for my wedding and keeping me fit when I was pregnant.  Pete was understanding and modified workouts while I was pregnant, but made sure I continued to work hard.  I was even boxing the day before I delivered.  I credit my quick recovery and loss of baby weight to working out with Pete.  I am in better shape now than before I was pregnant!  My strength and confidence have both improved and I give Pete credit for that.

After just a short time Pete was having me do things I thought I'd never be able to do, and I was right. But he keeps my spirits up by telling me that he has fatter dumber slower students who do them way better than me. He's real encouraging like that.

Dain S.

I'm fatter dumber and slower since boxing. But Pete is okay.

I started working out with Pete at the beginning of 2019. I was asked for many years before to give it a try and I was s bit reluctant and intimidated. I thought, "No way I can do this." But, at 45 years of age, I decided why not?  It has been hands down one of the best things I have done for myself, physically and mentally.  Not only do I get to laugh at Pete's jokes for a couple of hours a week, I also get to punch stuff.  It's a win-win.
